We use this ALL the time. My 3 year old loves it, especially. We try to institute 'TV rules': Must be on the 'jumpy' 15min. for every 30min. of TV. This serves two purposes: We exercise more and watch TV less! Not all rebounders are created equal, please do your homework - cheap rebounder can cause harm. This is the only one I recommend.

It has a bit of a funky flavor, but the chocolate wins out and the energy you get is awesome - without the caffeine jitters. We always have some on hand. Mild Cleansing Tea

This is Amazon Herb Company's Rainforest Treasure Tea. We learned about it when my mom was having trouble with gallstones. She drank it religiously for months and didn't have gallstone issues the entire time she used it. I drink it myself several times a week and I do believe it helps with mild detox issues. I use it in my practice for those clients wanting to detox, or wanting to cleanse without doing a full detox. It tastes good, too!

Awesome Green Drink ~ GreensFirst

It's nearly impossible to get all the nutrients we need from food these days due to conventional farming practices (even organic in some cases), so the need to supplement with a greens product is essential.

This is a product I started using about 4 years ago when I was pregnant with my daughter. It tastes great, a bit like green tea and it's loaded with tons of good stuff (including probiotics). We use it extensively in my family and love it, love it, love it.

This company (Doctors for Nutrition) only sells through licensed health care providers, so as Quantum Biofeedback practitioners we are not currently eligible to resell it.
